Verse 8Let all the earth fear the Lord; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

Devotion
The German language calls it a Loblied. There is something perfect and appropriate about saying it with one descriptive word, a special word for a special psalm. It's not really enough to call it a Hymn, this new song to the Great Creator-we need a unique word. Sing holy words to the Lord Most High, raise a Loblied for God's might and help, for the strong and certain Word of truth!
Prayer
God, you calm the raging floods, even the raging within us. Let all of creation know unity, love and peace. Amen.
